Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Nukai Labs FZ-LLC (“Şirket”, “biz”, “bize” veya “bizim”) tarafından işletilen AstroMera mobil uygulamasına (“Uygulama”) erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamaya erişerek veya Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşullara bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
AstroMera; astroloji temelli içgörüleri meditasyon, yoga ve farkındalık içerikleriyle birleştiren bir yaşam tarzı mobil uygulamasıdır. Uygulama kullanıcılara aşağıdakileri sağlayabilir:
- astroloji temelli yorumlar
- Yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan yansımalar ve içgörüler
- meditasyon ve yoga içeriği
- farkındalık ve öz yansıma araçları
- hem ücretsiz hem de ücretli dijital içerik
Uygulamanın amacı öz yansımayı, farkındalığı ve kişisel esenliği desteklemektir.
2. Uygunluk
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu yaş sınırını karşıladığınızı beyan etmiş olursunuz.
3. Kullanıcı Hesapları
Uygulamanın bazı özellikleri bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturulmasını gerektirir. Hesap oluştururken şunları kabul edersiniz:
- doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamak
- giriş bilgilerinizi güvende tutmak
- hesabınız altında gerçekleştirilen tüm faaliyetlerden sorumlu kalmak
Hesaplar; e-posta girişi veya Apple'ın "E-postamı Gizle" özelliği dahil olmak üzere Sign in with Apple kullanılarak oluşturulabilir. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu
Doğum tarihiniz, doğum saatiniz, doğum yeriniz veya gönüllü olarak sunduğunuz diğer bilgiler dahil olmak üzere Uygulamayı kullanırken doğru bilgiler sağlamaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
Oluşturulan içgörülerin kalitesi ve alaka düzeyi, sağladığınız bilgilerin doğruluğuna bağlı olabilir. Üçüncü şahıslar için doğum bilgisi sağlarken, bu kişilerden gerekli izni aldığınızı beyan edersiniz.
5. Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler
Uygulama hem ücretsiz özellikler hem de ücretli özellikler sunar. Belirli raporlar, içgörülerin veya premium içerikler şunlar aracılığıyla sunulabilir:
- uygulama içi abonelikler
- tek seferlik satın almalar
Tüm ödemeler, Uygulamayı indirmek için kullanılan uygulama mağazası platformu (Apple App Store veya Google Play gibi) üzerinden işlenir.
Şirket, ödeme kartı bilgilerini toplamaz, işlemez veya saklamaz. Abonelikler, mevcut fatura döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadığı sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Kullanıcılar aboneliklerini istedikleri zaman Apple App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirler.
6. İadeler
Tüm ödeme ve faturalandırma süreçleri Apple App Store tarafından yönetilir.
İade talepleri, satın alma işleminin yapıldığı platform (Apple App Store veya Google Play gibi) üzerinden iletilmelidir.
Şirket, Apple'ın faturalandırma sistemi üzerinden işlenen satın alma işlemleri için iade yapma yetkisine sahip değildir.
7. Kullanıcı Girişi ve İçerik
Uygulamanın belirli özellikleri, kullanıcıların aşağıdakiler gibi bilgiler veya içerikler sunmasını gerektirir:
- doğum detayları
- yazılı yansımalar
- rüya açıklamaları
- içgörü oluşturmak için gerekli diğer kişisel girişler
Kullanıcılar sundukları içeriğin sahipliğini korurlar. Kullanıcılar, Uygulama üzerinden içerik sunarak Şirket'e, bu içeriği yalnızca talep edilen hizmetleri sağlamak ve Uygulama içinde sonuçlar üretmek amacıyla işlemek ve kullanmak üzere sınırlı, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirler.
Şirket, kullanıcı tarafından sağlanan içerik üzerinde sahiplik iddiasında bulunmaz.
8. Yapay Zeka İşlemleri
Uygulamanın bazı özellikleri yorumlar, özetler, yansımalar veya içgörüler üretmek için yapay zeka teknolojilerini kullanır. Bu özellikleri sağlamak için belirli kullanıcı girişleri, üçüncü taraf yapay zeka sağlayıcıları da dahil olmak üzere güvenilir üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıları tarafından işlenebilir.
Bu tür işlemler yalnızca talep edilen çıktıları üretmek ve Uygulamayı çalıştırmak amacıyla gerçekleştirilir.

9. Üçüncü Taraf Yapay Zeka Veri Kullanım Kısıtlaması
Uygulama tarafından kullanılan üçüncü taraf yapay zeka sağlayıcıları, kullanıcı girişlerini yalnızca istenen çıktıları üretmek için işler.
Üçüncü taraf yapay zeka sağlayıcılarının, genel yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için Uygulamadaki kişisel verileri veya kullanıcı tarafından gönderilen içerikleri kullanmasına izin vermiyoruz.
10. Yapay Zeka Çıktı Feragatnamesi
Yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan çıktılar, algoritmalara ve kullanıcı tarafından sağlanan bilgilere dayalı olarak otomatik olarak üretilir. Yapay zeka tarafından oluşturulan çıktılar:
- her zaman doğru veya eksiksiz olmayabilir
- sunulan bilgilere bağlı olarak değişebilir
- kullanıcının takdirine bağlı olarak yorumlanmalıdır
Kullanıcılar, bu tür çıktıların otomatik olarak oluşturulduğunu ve insan profesyonel yargısının yerini tutmadığını kabul ederler.
11. Bilgilendirme ve Yaşam Tarzı Feragatnamesi
Astroloji yorumları, yapay zeka destekli içgörüler, meditasyon içeriği, yoga içeriği ve diğer materyaller dahil olmak üzere Uygulama içinde sağlanan içerik yalnızca bilgilendirme, yaşam tarzı ve kişisel yansıma amaçlıdır.
Uygulama tıbbi, yasal, finansal, psikolojik veya profesyonel tavsiye sağlamaz.
Kullanıcılar, özellikle önceden var olan sağlık koşulları varsa, yoga veya nefes egzersizi gibi herhangi bir fiziksel aktiviteye başlamadan önce bir doktora danışmalıdır.
Kullanıcılar sağlık, hukuk, finans veya psikolojik konularda tavsiye için kalifiye profesyonellere başvurmalıdır.
12. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Kullanıcılar aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul ederler:
- Uygulamayı veya hizmetlerini kötüye kullanmak
- Sisteme yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
- Uygulamanın çalışmasına veya güvenliğine müdahale etmek
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı faaliyetler için kullanmak
- Uygulama içeriğini izinsiz kopyalamak veya ticari olarak sömürmek
Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
13. Fikri Mülkiyet
Tasarım, yazılım, görsel öğeler, markalama ve içerik dahil olmak üzere Uygulama ile ilgili tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Nukai Labs FZ-LLC'ye veya lisans verenlerine aittir.
Kullanıcılar Uygulama içeriğini yazılı izin olmaksızın çoğaltamaz, dağıtamaz, değiştiremez veya ticari olarak sömüremez.
14. Hizmet Kullanılabilirliği
Uygulama, internet bağlantısına ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlerine dayanır. Uygulamanın her zaman kullanılabilir olacağını, kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Uygulamaya erişim; bakım, güncellemeler, güvenlik nedenleri veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle geçici olarak askıya alınabilir.
15. Sorumluluk Sınırı
Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Şirket, aşağıdakilerden kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz:
- Uygulamanın kullanımı
- Uygulama tarafından sağlanan bilgilere güvenilmesi
- Oluşturulan çıktılardaki yanlışlıklar
- Hizmet kesintileri veya teknik sorunlar
Uygulamanın kullanımı kullanıcının kendi sorumluluğundadır.
16. Hesabın Askıya Alınması, Sonlandırılması ve Silinmesi
Kullanıcı hesaplarını şu durumlarda askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz:
- bu Koşulların ihlal edilmesi
- yasa dışı faaliyetlerin tespit edilmesi
- Uygulamanın kötüye kullanılması Kullanıcılar hesaplarını istedikleri zaman sonlandırabilirler.
Hesap silme talepleri Uygulama üzerinden veya şu adresten iletilebilir: support@astromera.com
Geçerli bir talep alındığında, yasalarca saklanması gerekmedikçe, hesapla ilişkili kişisel veriler 30 gün içinde silinecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.
17. Hizmetteki Değişiklikler
Uygulamanın bölümlerini istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya durdurabiliriz.
Bu Koşulları da periyodik olarak güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
18. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Koşullar, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri yasalarına tabi olacak ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanacaktır. Her türlü ihtilaf Dubai mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.
19. Apple Platform Bildirimi
Bu Koşullar sizinle Nukai Labs FZ-LLC arasındadır, Apple ile değil. Apple, Uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir ve Uygulama için bakım veya destek hizmetleri sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Apple; ürün sorumluluğu veya yasal/düzenleyici uyumluluk dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere Uygulama ile ilgili herhangi bir talebi ele almaktan sorumlu değildir. Uygulamayı kullanımınız geçerli Apple platform kurallarına uygun olmalıdır.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AstroMera mobile application (the “App”), operated by Nukai Labs FZ-LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
AstroMera is a wellness and lifestyle mobile application that combines astrology-based insights with meditation, yoga, and mindfulness content. The App may provide users with:
- astrology-based interpretations
- AI-generated reflections and insights
- meditation and yoga content
- mindfulness and self-reflection tools
- both free and paid digital content
The purpose of the App is to support self-reflection, mindfulness, and personal wellbeing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the App require the creation of a user account. When creating an account you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- keep your login credentials secure
- remain responsible for all activities conducted under your account
Accounts may be created using email login or Sign in with Apple, including Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information when using the App, including your birth date, birth time, birth place, or any other information you voluntarily submit.
The quality and relevance of generated insights may depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. When providing birth information for third parties, you represent that you have obtained the necessary consent from such individuals.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers both free features and paid features. Certain reports, insights, or premium content may be available through:
- in-app subscriptions
- one-time purchases
All payments are processed through the app store platform used to download the App (such as Apple App Store or Google Play).
The Company does not collect, process, or store payment card information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple App Store account settings.
6. Refunds
All payments and billing processes are handled by the Apple App Store.
Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made (such as Apple App Store or Google Play).
The Company does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases processed through Apple’s billing system.
7. User Input and Content
Certain features of the App require users to submit information or content, such as:
- birth details
- written reflections
- dream descriptions
- other personal inputs required to generate insights
Users retain ownership of the content they submit. By submitting content through the App, users grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services and generating results within the App.
The Company does not claim ownership over user-provided content.
8. Artificial Intelligence Processing
Some features of the App use artificial intelligence technologies to generate interpretations, summaries, reflections, or insights. To provide these features, certain user inputs may be processed by trusted third-party service providers, including third-party AI providers.
Such processing is performed solely for the purpose of generating the requested outputs and operating the App.
Details regarding data processing are described in the App’s Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party AI Data Use Restriction
Third-party AI providers used by the App process user inputs only to generate the requested outputs.
We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use personal data or user-submitted content from the App to train their general artificial intelligence models.
10. AI Output Disclaimer
Outputs generated by artificial intelligence are automatically produced based on algorithms and user-provided information. AI-generated outputs:
- may not always be accurate or complete
- may vary depending on the information submitted
- should be interpreted at the user's discretion
Users acknowledge that such outputs are generated automatically and are not a substitute for human professional judgment.
11. Informational and Lifestyle Disclaimer
Content provided within the App, including astrology interpretations, AI-generated insights, meditation content, yoga content, and other materials, is intended for informational, lifestyle, and personal reflection purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
Users should consult a physician before starting any physical activities, such as yoga or breathwork, especially if they have pre-existing health conditions.
Users should seek qualified professionals for advice related to health, legal, financial, or psychological matters.
12. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the App or its services
- attempt unauthorized access to the system
- interfere with the operation or security of the App
- use the App for unlawful activities
- copy or commercially exploit App content without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including design, software, visual elements, branding, and content, belong to Nukai Labs FZ-LLC or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit App content without written permission.
14. Service Availability
The App relies on internet connectivity and third-party services. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Access to the App may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or technical issues.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- use of the App
- reliance on information provided by the App
- inaccuracies in generated outputs
- service interruptions or technical issues
Use of the App is at the user’s own risk.
16. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
We may suspend or terminate user accounts if:
- these Terms are violated
- unlawful activity is detected
- the App is misused Users may also terminate their account at any time.
Account deletion requests can be submitted through the App or by contacting: support@astromera.com
Once a valid request is received, personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.
17. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
19. Apple Platform Notice
These Terms are between you and Nukai Labs FZ-LLC, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and is not obligated to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to product liability or legal/regulatory compliance. Your use of the App must comply with applicable Apple platform rules.
