AstroMera, astroloji temelli içgörüleri meditasyon, yoga ve farkındalık içerikleriyle birleştiren bir yaşam tarzı mobil uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, Nukai Labs FZ-LLC (“Şirket”, “biz”, “bize” veya “bizim”) tarafından işletilmektedir.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, AstroMera mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda bilgilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

Uygulamayı kullanarak, bu Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Topladığımız Bilgiler

Yalnızca Uygulamanın çalışması ve kullanıcılar tarafından talep edilen hizmetlerin sunulması için gerekli olan bilgileri topluyoruz.

Doğum Bilgileri

Kişiselleştirilmiş astrolojik hesaplamalar ve raporlar oluşturmak için Uygulama şu bilgileri gerektirir:

Doğum bilgileri, yalnızca astrolojik haritaları hesaplamak ve Uygulama içinde kullanıcı tarafından talep edilen kişiselleştirilmiş raporları oluşturmak için kullanılır.

Uygulama ile nasıl etkileşim kurduğunuz hakkında, kullanılan özellikler ve oluşturulan rapor geçmişi dahil olmak üzere bilgiler topluyoruz.

Kişiselleştirilmiş bir deneyim sağlamak ve hesabınızı yönetmek için hesabınızla ilişkili benzersiz bir dahili tanımlayıcı (Kullanıcı Kimliği) atayabiliriz.

2. Analizler

İşlevselliği, güvenilirliği ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek amacıyla kullanıcıların Uygulama ile nasıl etkileşim kurduğunu anlamak için analiz araçları kullanabiliriz.

Bu analiz sistemleri sınırlı teknik ve kullanım bilgileri toplar ve yalnızca ürün geliştirme ve hizmet optimizasyonu için kullanılır.

3. Anlık Bildirimler

Bildirimler etkinleştirilirse, Uygulama şunlarla ilgili anlık bildirimler gönderebilir:

Uygulamanın belirli özellikleri, astrolojik hesaplamalara dayalı yazılı açıklamalar, yorumlar ve içgörüler üretmek için yapay zeka teknolojilerini kullanır.

Yapay zeka sistemleri, yalnızca talep edilen raporları oluşturmak için gerekli olan bilgileri işler.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

Uygulama, belirli teknik özellikleri çalıştırmak için güvenilir üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarına dayanır.

Örnekler şunları içerir:

Google Firebase (analiz, performans izleme, anlık bildirimler)
OpenAI (Yapay zeka destekli metin oluşturma)
Astroloji API sağlayıcıları (astrolojik hesaplama hizmetleri)
ElevenLabs (ses sentezi hizmetleri)
Bulut altyapı sağlayıcıları

Üçüncü taraf yapay zeka sağlayıcılarımız (OpenAI gibi), verilerinizi yalnızca talep edilen içgörüleri üretmek için işler. Bu sağlayıcıların, kişisel verilerinizi veya sağladığınız içeriği yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaları sözleşmeyle kısıtlanmıştır.

Kişisel bilgileri satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz veya takas etmiyoruz.

7. Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler

Uygulama hem ücretsiz özellikler hem de ücretli özellikler sunar.

Belirli raporlar, içgörüler veya premium içerikler şunlar aracılığıyla sunulabilir:

Tüm ödemeler, Uygulamayı indirmek için kullanılan uygulama mağazası platformu (Apple App Store veya Google Play gibi) üzerinden güvenli bir şekilde işlenir.

Şirket, ödeme kartı bilgilerini toplamaz, işlemez veya saklamaz. Faturalandırma ve abonelik yönetimi doğrudan platform sağlayıcı tarafından gerçekleştirilir.

8. Reklam Takibi Yok

Uygulama reklam tanımlayıcıları kullanmaz ve reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanıcıları üçüncü taraf uygulamalar veya web siteleri üzerinden takip etmez.

Kişisel verileri satmıyoruz veya kullanıcı davranışına dayalı hedefli reklamcılık yapmıyoruz.

9. Hassas Veriler

Uygulama; sağlık verileri, finansal bilgiler, devlet kimlik numaraları, biyometrik veriler veya diğer hassas kişisel veri kategorilerini toplamaz.

Kullanıcılar tarafından sağlanan doğum bilgileri, yalnızca Uygulama içinde astrolojik hesaplamalar ve raporlar oluşturmak için kullanılır.

10. Uluslararası Veri İşleme

AstroMera, Dubai, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri merkezli olarak işletilmektedir.

Verilerinizi BAE Federal Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Yasası (PDPL) ve diğer geçerli uluslararası veri koruma standartlarına uygun olarak işliyor ve koruyoruz.

Uygulama küresel teknoloji sağlayıcılarını kullandığından, hizmeti çalıştırmak için gerektiğinde belirli veriler kullanıcının ikamet ettiği ülkenin dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir.

11. Veri Saklama

Kişisel bilgiler, yalnızca bu Gizlilik Politikasında açıklanan hizmetleri sağlamak için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır.

Bir kullanıcı hesabını silerse, yasalarca daha uzun bir saklama süresi gerekmedikçe, ilgili kişisel veriler 30 gün içinde silinecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.

12. Hesap Silme

Kullanıcılar, hesaplarının ve ilişkili kişisel verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilirler.

Uygulama, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz. Bu tür bilgilerin toplandığını fark edersek derhal silinecektir.

14. Veri Güvenliği

Kişisel bilgileri yetkisiz erişim, ifşa, değiştirme veya imhadan korumak için tasarlanmış makul teknik ve kurumsal önlemleri uyguluyoruz.

AstroMera is a wellness and lifestyle mobile application that combines astrology-based insights with meditation, yoga, and mindfulness content. The application is operated by Nukai Labs FZ-LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the AstroMera mobile application (“App”).

Birth information is used solely to calculate astrological charts and generate personalized reports requested by the user within the App.

Our third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) process your data solely to generate the requested insights. These providers are contractually restricted from using your personal data or the content you provide to train their artificial intelligence models.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers both free features and paid features.

The Company does not collect, process, or store payment card information. Billing and subscription management are handled directly by the platform provider.

The App does not use advertising identifiers and does not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising based on user behavior.

9. Sensitive Data

The App does not collect health data, financial information, government identification numbers, biometric data, or other categories of sensitive personal data.

Birth information provided by users is used exclusively to generate astrological calculations and reports within the App.

10. International Data Processing

AstroMera is operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We process and protect your data in accordance with the UAE Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable international data protection standards.

Because the App uses global technology providers, certain data may be processed on servers located outside the user’s country of residence when necessary to operate the service.

11. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy.

If a user deletes their account, associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

12. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Once a valid request is received, the account and related personal data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

13. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
